We offer more than a traditional restaurant visit, although much about Teatergrillen is very classic.\t\t\t\t\t\r\n<p>Our food is always made from exclusive ingredients, something we never compromise on. Some dishes that have become guests&#8217; favourites over the years are our turbot with primers, salt-baked Swedish entrecote, and whitefish roe. Exclusive ingredients cooked in classic Hausman style with French influences &#8211; but with an innovative spirit.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/teatergrillen-theme\/assets\/images\/icons\/quote.svg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>We like to showcase our craftsmanship, it&#8217;s part of the experience to watch us bone the fish, slice the meat or flamb\u00e9 the Swedish winter apples &#8211; right at the edge of the table.&#8221;<\/p>\r\n<p>An important part of the experience that we want our guests to have is our world-class service. The norm of today is that all food arrives plated. We like to showcase our craftsmanship, it&#8217;s part of the experience to watch us bone the fish, slice the meat, or flamb\u00e9 the Swedish winter apples &#8211; right at the edge of the table. And our sommeliers are always ready with great pairings and have one of Stockholm&#8217;s finest wine cellars at their disposal. They start from your taste, the food and the occasion, to give you the best pairing between food and wine. We create meeting places with large halls and plenty of space, have generous opening hours, the food is tasty and always made from exclusive ingredients.
